Do the Math

Todays workout is taken from Crossfit.com mainpage

Five rounds for time of:
40 Double-unders
30 Box jumps, 24 inch box
20 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood

Yes the math does equal
200 Double Unders
150 Box Jumps
100 Kettlebell swings

Most of you out there have heard of Trigger Points, however, are unsure of what they really are. Here is a great article on Trigger Points by Elite FTS that you should read!!

  2. I liked this workout,and I enjoy the jump rope. I realized (again) how much you have to concentrate to do those box jumps. I went so fast on my first set of jump rope, I ran to the box to jump and racked my shins on my first one! It hurt so bad. I guess those are just crossfit battle wounds. I did 120 singles, 20" box, 26pd KB. My time was 22:37. Every time I finish a crossfit workout, I say to myself that there is no way I could have gone any faster. After my first crossfit workout that I shaved more than 2 minutes off my time doing the same workout only 1 month later, I am amazed at the thought that one day I could actually go faster on any of these workouts!
