Complete the following cycle for time:
10 Hang Power Clean 155#
10 Wallballs (M:20,W:12
10 Kettlebell Swings 2pood
Rest 120 secs
Repeat for a total of 4 rounds

  1. I show that after the kettlebell swings we did a 400m run. Angela, I am sure you remember the run! My times were 2:21, 2:00, 2:13, 2:00. (HPC was bar only, wall ball 16 pds, KBS 26 pds) Max press: 55 pds.
