Teams

This workout will be done in pairs.

3rounds of the following:
Pullups
Push Press
Box Jumps
Lunges
Burpees

One person completes the movement while the other person rests, then switch
Example: Person1 completes Pullups while Person2 rests, once Person1 is finished with the minute of pullups that person rests while Person2 completes pullups. Once both individuals have completed the movement move on to the next movement

Score is total reps of all 3rounds between the 2 individuals

  1. I thought this workout was really hard. Seems harmless with the 1 minute intervals of each exercise, but it is deceiving! This was a good workout though! Here are my numbers:

    pullups 17-19-15
    push press #55 15-15-15
    Box jumps 14-14-15 (and that was with falling flat on my face one time)
    Lunges 21-19-20
    Burpees (the devil's exercise!) 8-8-7

  2. OK, I think this was the hardest workout I have ever done. Yes, even harder than the MURPH. "What was the hardest part?" Jason asked at the end.. I would have to say the last 10 seconds of each exercise each round. I pushed myself to the TOTAL max trying to meet or exceed the number of reps on each exercise each time. This was so much harder than any training I have ever done for any event!
    Here are my numbers:

    Pull ups with the double band: 34, 40, 41
    Push press 35pds: 11, 12, 13
    Box jumps: 18, 21, 23
    Lunges: 32, 33,36
    Burpees: 15,17, 18

    I had to pull over at the round-about leaving Jason's house. I needed to throw up so badly, but contained myself with some deep breathing!
