Try not to wiggle while you run

Running works your core more than you think, trying to stabilize your spine can be tricky during dynamic movements especially a fatigued core.

Workout of the Day:
4rounds for time:
15 Back Extensions
15 Knees to Elbows
400M run

  1. Jason-10:34, runs sucked today for some reason, I felt slow, although all back extension and knees to elbows where unbroken.

My time was 11:37, I felt really good when I woke up that morning so it was easy to push myself when I came hauling around the corner after my third round thinking my workout was done, and Jason informed my I had one more round to go! I really enjoyed this workout, everything was unbroken, but I can improve on my strength to get my knees closer to my elbows.
