I underestimated the weight of the vest. The first mile was not bad, however, the pushups slowed me way down. The second mile was cramp in the right calf and left hamstring. Have never had a cramp in my hamstring before. I am glad that I did not give up and walk away, I completed it with the vest and will some day do it again but not anytime soon.

  2. I really enjoyed this workout this morning. I had to mentally and physically push myself. I loved having the option to split the pullups/pushups/squats. I divided them up how I thought I could do them the fastest. I did use the bands for the pullups and did the pushups on my knees. Time: 40:58 no vest. On workouts like this, it helps you to realize that the mind is so amazing, and so much stronger than our physical bodies. Crossfit is giving me the opportunity to push myself to the max physically and mentally and it feels so good. Thanks Jason.
