Its only 100 reps...of each movement

100 Pullups
100 Pushups
100 Situps
100 Squats
You must finish all 100reps of the movement before moving to the next.

  1. since I leave my notebook at your house, I don't know my exact times but I'm sure glad you gave us a 60 sec. rest in between the 4 exercises. My squats were my fastest exercise which shocked me since I'm so SLOW at those!
