6 Hang Power Clean
3 Push Press
Choose a weight that is challenging for at least one of the movements. Example if your weakest lift is your HPC than use the heaviest weight you can handle for that movement and the other two movements will feel pretty light. You want to work up to having all the movements balane out in weight.
I think my time was like 9:19 or something. Do you think I should have lifted more? I did 60# but kept wondering if I could have done more.
ReplyDeleteI will do this today and post up. I have a decent Deadlift but my hand clean is pretty weak. I did filthy fifty the other day and it kicked my but. My time was 7 minutes more than last time.
