Intervals are good for you!!

With a continuously running clock set at 3.5min run 400M and in the remaining time complete AMRAP of the following:
Goblet Squats
Kettlebell Swings
Wallballs
Push Press
rest 2min between each round

  1. I actually liked this workout - I feel like I can do better at interval workouts. I did 14 squats, 18 swings, 15 wallballs and 26 push press. My runs I think were around 2:10 or so.
