Find 1RM deadlift

rest then:

800 run
21 Front Squats
400 run
21 Front Squats
800 run

  1. This workout was so hard! Don't forget that you put a 20 minute cap on this. I thought for sure I wouldn't have to run that last 800 M because it would take me forever.....unfortunately, the entire thing took 19:39....including that last darn run!
