Just remember the numbers get smaller as the time gets larger. Just do not let the time get to large

  1. Killer workout! And in this context, "killer" means it freakin killed me! I think my time was 20:34....quite slow it seems. I looked at it on the board thinking, "that can't be too bad" but four rounds into it, I was ready to finish!
