Burpee aka. up-downs

3 rounds for time
400 M run
25 burpees

Pushing through the Burpees is the hardest part, just keep moving.

  1. Angela your last round of burpees was awesome!!! You pushed your self through the discomfort and will see benefits from this. As your intensity increases you will notice more soreness this is inevitable. Exercises that did not make you sore before now will soley because you are incresing your intensity. With increased intensity comes increased resulst in your physical fitness. Great job today. Oh Yea do not tell yourself you can not do something, as you proved your self wrong today with a time of 15:59

  3. Mike, The conditioning will come. I have seen great improvements in your ability to keep your rests as short as possible. Continue to keep them as short as poosible and build up that capacity to do more work in less time.
